USA Development Tours was born from a desire to share my passion, knowledge and love of all things basketball with young people. The tours provide an opportunity to experience basketball at its origin in The United States of America.

These unique tours began back in 2018. I wanted to share with my son Kobe a life experience involving College and the different elements associated with the USA basketball program. These tours are not designed as a college pathway but rather an experience to open their eyes to the possibilities that hard work, determination, team work and commitment to their individual game may present. A dream of playing high level basketball may not be so far out of reach and could in fact become their reality. Kobe was signed to play basketball with Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, California in 2021.

My coaching has spanned 15 years across the Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) to currently coaching at the Big V level for the Coburg Giants. Prior to coaching I  played for the Goldfield Giants (NBL1) and various teams within the ABA, VBL and APBA leagues over a 14 year playing career. One could say I have dedicated most of my life to the love of the game.
